4-Arm PEG-Hydrazide (4-arm PEG-HZ), MW 20K is an acid amine chemistry similar to that of hydrazine PEG, also used to pegylate carboxylic acids. It is a multi-armed PEG derivative that can react with ketones or aldehydes to form acylhydrazone linkers. Hydrazones are pH sensitive and hydrolyze under acidic conditions and can be used for reverse PEGylation.
