4-Arm PEG-Hydrazide (4-arm PEG-HZ), MW 10K is a multi-armed PEG derivative with hydrazide (CONHNH2) groups at the ends of the four arms. Can react with ketones or aldehydes to form acylhydrazone linkers. Hydrazones are pH sensitive and hydrolyze under acidic conditions and can be used for reverse PEGylation.
