t-Boc-aminooxy-PEG3-propargyl linker contains a propargyl group and t-Boc-aminooxy group. The propargyl group readily reacts with azide-bearing molecules through Click Chemistry. The aminooxy bearing molecule, freed by mild acid deprotection, can further conjugate with other aldehyde- or ketone- functionalized biomolecules to form a reversible oxime linkage. The increasing aqueous solubility derived from the PEG spacer further expand its application in bioconjugations.
