DBCO-PEG4-PFP ester CAS: 2304558-23-2 bears a DBCO group and a PFP ester group. While DBCO readily reacts with azides through a copper-free Click Chemistry reaction, the PFP ester can easily react with amine groups. PFP esters are relatively stable and less susceptible to hydrolysis. The hydrophilic PEG linker increase the water solubility of the resulting biomolecules.
